Serving with safety
Because of COVID-19, the City redesigned how it takes care of customers over the past 7 months. The City worked to serve customers more remotely and in safe manners that adhere to CDC requirements. The current pandemic changed several ways that we interact with our customers and made us rethink how we conduct certain areas of our business.
New customer service slogan
The City staff worked diligently behind the scenes during this time to prepare for the launch of a new customer service slogan. It will be announced to the public very soon. Our employees submitted ideas for the slogan and then voted on the top three choices. This slogan will be a new focus for all City employees to get behind one customer service message as we work every day to serve the Amarillo community.
